The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 68 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Prevention of Curelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station- Narhi, District- Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. False recovery of livestock has been shown from a pickup vehicle, which does not belong to the applicant. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The applicant is in jail since 20.03.2025, having no criminal history and in case, he is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the said liberty. 4.
