The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 86 of 2025, under Sections 8/ 20/ 27A/ 29/ 60 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, P.S.- Chopan, District- Sonbhadra, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, a car was intercepted by the police and that total 42 Kg ganja was recovered from the said car. Applicant and co-accused persons were apprehended from the said car. It was submitted that provisions of Sections 50 and 52A N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Learned counsel has referred fact
