Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 86 of 2025, under Sections 8/ 20/ 27A/ 29/ 60 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, P.S.- Chopan, District- Sonbhadra, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, a car was intercepted by the police and that total 42 Kg ganja was recovered from the said car. Applicant and co-accused persons were apprehended from the said car.
