By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 300 of 2024 at Police Station Gagaha, District Gorakhpur under Section 302, 324 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 02.06.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 14.08.2025. The applicant has been nominated as the principal offender who attacked the deceased and inflicted fatal injuries which caused his death. There are eye witnesses to the incident. The offence is grave. There is likelihood that the applicant had committed the offence. At this stage, no case for bail is made out.
