The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.78 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 3(5) B.N.S. and Sections 3/5A/5B//8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Sections 3/4/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Patherwa, District- Kushi Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. False recovery of livestock has been shown from the alleged vehicle. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The alleged vehicle, from which the livestock were recovered, does not belong to the applicant.
