The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 598 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 504, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District Muzaffarnagar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.
