The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 62 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 103(1), 238/61(2) of BNS, P.S.- Kandhrapur, District- Azamgarh, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. As per the first information report, the informant has stated that his daughter namely Preeti Nishad had gone missing in the afternoon of 11.03.2025, when she had gone to purchase some articles from the shop of one Basudev. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
