The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 191 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Kotwali Shamli, District Shamli during the pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of four hooved legs of cow and 5 kg. beef packed in a polythene bag has been shown from the roof of house of the applicant. The applicant was not arrested at the spot. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The criminal history of the applicant has been explained in Paragraphs- 3 and 4 of the supplementary affidavit
