Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-opposite party. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 44 of 2025, under Sections 309(2), 61(2), 317(2) 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Pahasu, District Bulandshahr during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. During the course of investigation the name of co-accused Anas was disclosed. In the statement of co-accused Anas, the name of one Amir was disclosed. In the statement of co-accused Amir, the name of the applicant surfaced. False recovery of Rs.3 lakhs and Adhar Card of the informant has been shown after 51 days of the alleged incident. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery
