The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 411 of 2022, under Section 3(1) of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 (for short, the "Gangsters Act"), Police Station Cantt., District Varanasi during the pendency of the trial. 3.
