The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Kishni, District- Mainpuri, during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of a single barrel 12 bore gun, a gun licence and three live cartridges has been shown from the applicant. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. Identically placed co-accused Sanjeev has been granted bail by the Special Judge (E.C.Act)/Addl. Sessions Judge, Mainpuri vide order dated 24.04.2025 passed in Bail Application No. 668 of 2025.
