Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 158 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 336(3) BNS, and Sections 3(6), 15(1) Environment Protection Act P.S.- Bindki, District- Fatehpur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, co-accused Sunil Kumar and Sumit Singh were apprehended by the police and some liquid urea was recovered from them and thereafter they were brought at the plant situated in the land of Shailendra Patel. It was alleged that from there some liquid urea and various tools and material used in manufacturing of counterfeit / sub-standard urea, were recovered and applicant and some co-accused persons were apprehended from
