The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 71 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5, 25, 26(2), 29, 35 Arms Act, P.S.- Khalapar, District- Muzaffarnagar, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, recovery of one country made pistol of 0.32 bore was shown from applicant. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery.
