The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 38 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Chhaprauli, District Baghpat. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He next added that the applicant is not named in the FIR and his name came into light in the confessional statement of co-accused persons.
