The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 296 of 2024, under Sections 109(1), 3(5) BNS and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Jhinjhana, District- Shamli, during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. As per the contents of the first information report, the role of firing has been assigned to the named accused Pradeep. The name of the applicant was subsequently disclosed by the alleged eye witness Ritu. In her statement the applicant has been assigned the role of catching hold.
