The applicant is in jail since 02.11.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by trial court on 23.12.2024. The applicant has been identified as one of the principal offenders who stormed into the house of the deceased and attacked the latter and his family members. The post mortem report discloses a number of grievous injuries to the deceased which indicate the brutality of the assault.
