Farukh Ansari, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Saroj Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant. By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.525 of 2024 at Police Station-Sasni Gate, District-Aligarh under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 109, 115(2), 352, 125, 103(1) of the B.N.S. The applicant is in jail since 05.09.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by trial court on 06.03.2025. The applicant has been identified as one of the principal offenders who had common intent to commit the offence of the murder. The applicant had bound down the deceased and prevented him from defending himself which left other accused persons
