Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 237 of 2025, under Sections 8/18/29 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, P.S.- Faridpur, District- Bareilly, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It was submitted that recovery of 1.120 Kg opium shown from the possession of applicant is wholly false. There is no independent witness of alleged recovery. The provisions of Sections 42 and 50 of NDPS Act have not been complied with. The recovered contraband is quite less than the commercial quantity.
