The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 11 of 2025, under Sections - 3/5A/5B/8 Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section- Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station - Naugarh, District - Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version 45 cow species animals were being taken away to Bihar for the purpose of slaughtering. Applicant was not arrested at the spot. Involvement of applicant was shown on the basis of statement of co-accused persons. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery.
