The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 84 of 2025, under Sections - 3/5A/5B/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section - 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station - Sayed Raja, District - Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version fifteen cow species animals were being mercilessly transported in a truck for purpose of slaughtering. There is no independent witness of alleged recovery.
