Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 71 of 2025, under Sections - 3, 5, 25, 26(2), 29 and Section - 35 Arms Act, Police Station - Khalapar, District - Muzaffar Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, police have intercepted a car in which applicant and co-accused persons were found sitting. Two country made pistols of .32 bore along with cartridges were recovered from car. Applicant was shown sitting in the rear seat of car and that recovery of Rs. 1,820/- and one mobile phone was shown from applicant.
