Heard Shri Vijay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Kishan, Shubham Verma and Mannu Yadav have already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 06.05.2025, 23.05.2025 and 19.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 5674 of 2025, 6316 of 2025 and 9351 of 2025, respectively, copy of which orders have been produced before this Court and are taken on record. It is thus contended that the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity.
