The instant bail application, under Section 483 BNSS, has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Kundarki, District- Moradabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant surfaced during the course of investigation. False recovery of cow meat has been shown. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The criminal history of the applicant has been explained in para 14 of the bail application. The applicant is in jail since 29.3.2025. In case he is enlarged on bail,
