Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed filed by the applicant-accused in Case Crime No. 385/2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) Ka BNS, Police Station- Chaubeypur, District- Kanpur Nagar with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown person alleging therein that son of the informant had gone in search of job on 29.12.2024 but he did not return till 30.12.2024 and on the same day the dead body of the deceased was recovered and inquest of the dead body was conducted in which applicant-accused is also one of the witness. He further submits that the informant in his statement recorded u/s 180 BNSS has only raised suspicion against the applicant-accused. He further submits that the name of the applica
