The instant bail application, under Section 483 BNSS, has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 99 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Koraon, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery 42 kg 660 gram Ganja (in 42 packets) has been shown from a Tata Magic vehicle. The said vehicle does not belong to the applicant. There is no independent witness to the search, seizure and recovery memo.
