Sri Nanhe Lal Tripathi, Advocate appeared and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the case of murder of Amar, who went away from his house in search of buffalo on 18th February, 2025 at 7:00 in the evening along with his friend Vinod Kushwaha. On 21st February, 2025, the dead body of Amar has been recovered from nearby canal. The post mortem report reveals five injuries on the person of the deceased. The injury no. 1 is lacerated wound, injury no. 2 is incised wound, injury no. 3 and 4 are contused swelling and injury no. 5 is a stabbed wound. The cause of death is attributed to shock and hemorrhage as a result of ante-mortem head injury. The death of the deceased is reported to be about four days prior to the post mortem examination, which has been carried out on 21st February, 2025.
