The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 158 of 2025, under Sections - 318(4), 336(3) BNS and Section - 3(6), 15(1) of Environment Protection Act, Police Station - Bindki, District - Fatehpur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, on 16.04.2025 applicant and co-accused Sunil Kumar were apprehended by the police in a vehicle and that huge quantity of fake / spurious liquid urea was recovered. Some empty gunny bags of urea were also recovered.
