The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 87 of 2025, under Sections - 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) B.N.S. and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station - Kishani, District - Mainpuri, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, on 21.03.2025 applicant and co-accused persons were apprehended by the police and a gun of 12 bore was recovered from applicant and that the license of the same, recovered from applicant, was found fake. It was submitted that applicant has applied for arm license through co-accused Jabar Singh and applicant has absolutely no knowledge that the arm license provided to him is a forged or fake document.
