Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 68 of 2025, under Sections - 78(2), 74, 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, Section - 7/8 Protection of Children From Sexual Offence Act and Section - 3(1) da, dha, 3(2)5a of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station - Bahjoi, District - Sambhal, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled by victim against applicant is that while she was coming to her home, in the way applicant has forcibly tried to wear a ring to her and abused her by using caste indicative words.
