Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 23 of 2025, under Section 8/20/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, police station Naugarh, District - Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, on 20.04.2025 the police have intercepted a motorcycle and applicant and co-accused Adil Khan were apprehended and 12.5 kg 'ganja' was recovered from them. It was submitted that there is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. The provisions of Section - 50 and other mandatory provisions of NDPS Act have not been complied with.
