The applicant is in jail since 08.02.2025. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned trial court on 25.03.2025 and 21.04.2025. The applicant has been identified as one of the principal offenders who shared the common intent of killing the deceased and inflicting grievous injuries to the injured persons. Two persons have died, and three have been injured in the incident. CCTV footage also corroborates the role of the applicant. The postmortem report supports the prosecution case.
