Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant, in Court today, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 71 of 2025, under Sections - 3, 5, 25, 26(2), 29, 35 Arms Act, 1959, Police Station - Khalapar, District - Muzaffar Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, police have intercepted a car in which applicant and co-accused persons were found sitting. One country made pistol of .32 bore along with two cartridge was recovered from under the seat of car. Some other arms and cartridges were also shown recovered from the said car. There is no independent witness of the incident.
