The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0072 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of U.P. Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station- Alinagar, District- Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The applicant was the driver of the vehicle bearing registration no. UP62-CT5217. False recovery of livestock has been shown from the said vehicle. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. It is next contended that identically placed co-accused Sikandar Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2025 passed in
