The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 94 of 2025, under Sections 275, 325 BNS and Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Sections 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Iglas, District- Aligarh, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution, applicant and co-accused have got killed buffalo of the complainant for obtaining skin of the same.
