Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 237 of 2025, under Section 8/18/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Faridpur, District- Bareilly with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It was submitted that recovery of 1.44 kgs of opium shown from the possession of applicant is wholly false. There is no independent witness of alleged recovery. The provisions of Section 50 of NDPS Act have not been complied with. The recovered contraband is quite less than the commercial quantity.
