The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 99 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Koraon, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery 42 kg 660 gram Ganja (in 42 packets) has been shown from a Tata Magic vehicle. The applicant was the owner of the alleged vehicle. There is no independent witness to the search, seizure and recovery memo. The mandatory provisions of Sections 42, 50, 51 and 52-A of the N.D.P.S Act have not been followed. The
