Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 107 of 2025, Sections 319(2), 318(4), 337, 338, 336(3), 340(2) of BNS and Section 12(1) of The Passport Act, 1967, Police Station-Gorakhnath, District-Gorakhpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version, one Rajesh Singh has got issued passport by using false and fabricated documents. The allegations that applicant was involved in preparation of false or forged documents is false and there is no evidence to support the same.
