Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 327 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) of BNS and Sections 3/5-A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, police station Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version, 17 cow species animals were mercilessly being carried in a vehicle for slaughtering and some of them had died. The applicant was not arrested at the spot and co-accused Dilshad and Iqbal were arrested at the spot and they have been granted bail by co-ordi
