The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.05 of 2020, under Sections 8/21/22 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- G.R.P. Mau, District- Varanasi during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of 110 gm. 'Alprazolam' powder has been shown from the applicant. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The mandatory provisions of N.D.P.S.
