The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 206 of 2024, under Sections 309(4), 317(2) B.N.S. and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Ramchandra Mission, District- Shahjahanpur during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report. The applicant was arrested along with two others after eight days of the alleged incident and has been falsely implicated in the present case. False recovery of a country made pistol, two live cartridges, Rs. 44,250/- and ornaments of yellow metal has been shown from the applicant. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery.
