The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 33 of 2025, under Sections 3/5-A/5- B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, police station Saiyadraja, District Chandauli with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version, five cow species animals were being carried by applicant and co-accused in a vehicle for the purpose of slaughtering.
