The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 165 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Lisadigate, District- Meerut during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of 90 kg. beef and an instrument used for slaughtering has been shown from the applicant. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. There is no F.S.L. report to establish that the substance recovered is beef. Further the co-accused Vakeel and Asharaf have been granted bail by the co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 26.5.2025 passed in Criminal Misc
