Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 32 of 2025, under Sections 109, 317(2) of BNS and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Aung, District-Fatehpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. In the alleged incident, no police official has sustained any injury. It was submitted that in fact applicant was taken away from his house and false incident of encounter was shown. There is no independent witness of alleged incident of encounter. Criminal history of 18 cases shown against the applicant has duly been explained.
