The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 90 of 2025, under Sections 318(2), 319(2), 336(2), 338 of BNS and Sections 60, 63, 72 of Excise Act, Police Station-Shamshabad, District-Agra with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant was not arrested from the spot. According to prosecution version, co-accused Shyamu Verma was arrested at the spot and 60 ltrs illicit liquor and various wrappers and stickers of various brands of liquor and some other incriminating tools relating to illicit liquor were recovered.
