Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant, in Court today, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 438 of 2024, under Sections - 74, 115(2), 352 BNS and Section - 9(N)/10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act), Police Station - New Agra, District - Agra, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. In fact there was some matrimonial dispute between applicant and his wife and the brother of applicant has lodged a first information report of this case making false allegations. Only a vague allegation has been made that applicant did 'cherkhani' with
