Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 65 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5, 8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Ratanpuri, District- Muzaffarnagar, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, some biryani prepared from beef was recovered from the house of co-accused Jahid. Applicant was not arrested at the spot. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Referring to first information report and material on record, it was submitted that there is no credible evidence against applicant. It was submitted that co-accused, namely, Jahid has already been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order date
