Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 14 of 2025, under Sections - 109, 325 BNS, Section - 3, 5A, 5B and 8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section - 11 of The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station - Turkpatti, District - Kushi Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version total 33 cow species animals / calves were being transported in a truck for slaughtering. There is no evidence of any slaughtering and there is no independent witness of the alleged incident. It was submitted that similarly placed co-accused Jumman has already been granted bail by the co
