The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 383 of 2024, under Sections - 340(2), 318(4) BNS and Section - 66(D) I.T. Act, Police Station - Ramchandra Mission, District - Shahjahanpur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version a false advertisement of vacancy in Reliance Thermal Power Company was published on social website and consequently 49 persons have applied and each of them has deposited Rs. 316/- as fee.
