The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 65 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Ratanpuri, District- Muzaffar Nagar during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-accused Jahid in police custody. The said statement insofar as it implicates the applicant is unreliable. False recovery of beef has been shown from the house of co-accused Jahid. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The co-accused Jahid has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27
