The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 106 of 2025, under Sections - 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section - 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station - Ramkola, District - Kushinagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version 2.500 kg of beef and some parts of body of cow species animals were recovered. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Similarly placed co-accused Nasir Ali has already been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 14734 of 2025.
