Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 319 of 2007, under Section - 2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station - Narkhi, District - Firozabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in this case applicant was granted bail on 11.10.2007 and he was regularly appearing before the Trial court. In the year 2018 applicant has suffered head injury and he remained under treatment of Neuro Surgeon for long time, due to which he could not appear before the Trial court and thus, non-bailable warrants were issued against him.
